The 4EFTE swap has been a staple among Tercel and Paseo enthusiasts for many years. The 1.3 liter turbo engine bolts in with minor complications and makes for impressive performance in such a light chassis.

Engine installed into place and the custom front-mount intercooler piping is mocked up

We cut and rewelded the compressor outlet at an angle that was more suitable for the intercooler piping
