i just saw a commercial for the Perfect Fit Button... its like a tie tack that is shaped like a button to make your pants wearable when you get fatter. wtf.... why do people sell stuff like that instead of putting their effort into nutrition education for children or something....

Because it's an easy way to make $19.95 since we all know S&H is about what they actually have in the product. I wish I could make a good as seen on TV product.
