184/185 chassis differences (suspension)

Postby c0nch » Thu Mar 04, 2010 1:33 pm

ok, well im working on my 3sgte fwd st184 autocross project. i just finished installing an e153 with an lsd and am in the process of ordering ksport coilovers for the st184.

so my next step is to reinforce the chassis, i have found a great deal more parts designed for the st185, sway bars in particular.

my question is, a sway bar for a 185 should fit a 184 right? how different can they be?

I have the rear swaybar for the St184, but not the front. I don't think one is available.

That said, putting one in the rear is more important in a FWD car, as they naturally tend to understeer.
