83 to 87 Tercel 4WD 3ac to 4age Swap

So in stead of posting a whole bunch of the details, I'll post a link and let anyone read at their leisure and not take up space.

The basics:
85 Toyota Tercel 4WD Wagon came stock with a wimpy 3ac putting out 63hp. I'm in the process of dropping in a 4age out of an 89 corolla gts converted to RWD intake/mounting. Most of the work is coming along well but the wiring is a bit daunting.

So this is where Dr Tweak comes in.

I have the complete wire harnesses out of both cars. What else do you need to know and how much for the conversion harness.

Thanks,
Synth

With a bit further thinking, I'm wondering if it might make sense to have you make a "self contained" harness as suggested in a previous post ( 20V ST into a 1970 Lotus Europa) and make it plug and play towards the tercel chassis since the motor will most likely outlast the vehicle since it will be used in rally competition.

Thanks

Yeap, that's probably what I'd recommend. You have the complete 4AGE harness so just send that to us with $350 for the wiring conversion and $40 for return shipping insurance. Include the order form in the box: http://www.phoenixtuning.com/wiring/orderform.pdf

Thanks for the reply. I'm waiting for the engine to get to the machine shop and back and a few more parts to come in. The custom flywheel is taking a bit and I still have to re fab the header to clear the body tub.Once I can get the motor back in I can send pics for harness lengths/ideas. I still have a bit fab'ing to to for the Tercel as well. Roll cage, seats, fire suppression...but I will send off the form and wiring harness as soon as possible on my side.

Thanks again Dr Tweak
