Weird Swap Type Question

So I am puting together a GTE swap to put into my stock 92 Lexus SC300 I say putting together because its a combination of a GE block with a GTE head. I will be purchasing a complete oem harness and ECU from either a JDM Aristo/Supra or USDM Supra. My question the wiring are there any differences in the blocks sensory that could keep me from finishing the swap or getting the wiring to be done properly. I would like to keep all me oem functions in my car a/c,pwerwindows,lights, and especialy my gauge cluster

Either of those 2JZGTE harnesses should work fine, they all need to be rewired to plug into the chassis so it doesn't matter too much.
